Hotel Alpina Livigno, Livigno

The hotel's location is fabulous right in the center of Livigno, providing easy access to all activities. The rooms, although quite spacious with 4 beds, had some hot water issues that required multiple requests for repair. The dining experience, while acceptable, could use improvement in offering fresher options. The facilities were good overall.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, perfect for watching a big screen and letting children play, but unfortunately, we faced issues with hot water that required multiple calls to reception for maintenance. The room with 4 beds lacked proper insulation, making noise from neighboring rooms quite noticeable.

The rooms, however, were in need of some serious attention as they were small, poorly insulated, and outdated, making for an uncomfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, though typically small for European standards, were incredibly comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. It was great to have separate spaces for watching big screens and letting the children play, especially with 4 beds in the room. However, it did get a bit noisy, and not having air conditioning meant keeping a window open for ventilation.

The hotel's location is absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of Livigno town center, making it perfect for exploring the ski slopes and shopping around. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately chilly even though it was only 2 degrees Celsius outside. The value for the fare we paid was decent, considering it was what we expected when booking.
